Add / Track Instagram Sound

This endpoint serves two purposes:

Add — If the sound is not yet in our database, it will be added and data collection starts automatically.

Track — If the sound already exists, it enables tracking — Reels count is fetched daily. Sounds that are not tracked are not fetched.
