Add / Track TikTok Sound

This endpoint serves two purposes:

Add — If the sound is not yet in our database, it will be added and data collection starts automatically.

Track — If the sound already exists, it enables deep tracking — all relevant videos, influencer data, and country data are fetched daily. Sounds that are not tracked receive only basic metrics.
